Returns Policy

Our goal is to ensure every customer is satisfied with both the product and the installation experience. This policy outlines the terms under which returns, refunds, and cancellations may be considered.

Custom Installations — No Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products and services, returns are not accepted once materials have been fabricated or installation has begun. Each project is uniquely designed to fit your specifications, making it non-resalable.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Project Cancellation Before Fabrication If you cancel your order before materials are ordered or fabrication begins, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, minus any design or consultation fees.
  • Defective Materials or Workmanship If a product is found to be defective due to manufacturing or installation error, Berco Home will either:
    • Repair or replace the defective component at no cost, or
    • Issue a partial refund if repair is not feasible.
  • Failure to Deliver If Skybass Inc. is unable to complete the installation due to internal issues (e.g., supply chain failure, labor shortage), a full refund will be issued.

  • Design consultation fees
  • Permits, inspection fees, or third-party services
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors (e.g., weather, structural failure)
Warranty & Repairs

Skybass Inc. offers a limited warranty on materials and workmanship. If issues arise within the warranty period, we will assess and repair at no cost, provided the damage is not due to misuse or external causes.
