Delivery Scope
- Residential Clients: Delivery and installation are included within serviceable areas.
- Commercial Clients: Delivery may be subject to additional logistics planning and fees based on project scale and location.
Scheduling
- Delivery and installation dates are confirmed after final design approval and payment.
- Clients will receive a delivery window at least 3 days in advance.
- Changes to delivery dates must be requested 72 hours prior to scheduled installation.
Site Access Requirements
To ensure smooth delivery:
- The site must be clear and accessible for installation teams.
- Any obstructions, unsafe conditions, or delays caused by site inaccessibility may result in rescheduling fees.
Weather Delays
- In case of severe weather, Skybass Inc. may reschedule delivery to ensure safety and product integrity.
- Clients will be notified promptly and offered the next available installation slot.
Delivery Fees
- Standard delivery within serviceable zones is included.
- Remote or high-risk areas may incur additional fees, disclosed during the quotation phase.
