After receiving your layout, designers begin to design and quote according to your requirements. Then you sign to confirm the final design plans after communication. Timeline – Typically 6 to 8 weeks

PAY DEPOSIT & PRODUCTION
We require a 30% deposit to get your order started. Payment can be made by EFT, cheques, and cash. During the production, our sales will regularly report the production schedule for you. Timeline – Typically 6 to 8 weeks.

DELIVERY
When production is finished, you can come to the factory to check the order. Also, you can confirm the products through the pictures we send to you. The final 70% payment is due at delivery. Then we will arrange experienced freight forwarders to deal with the delivery (customs clearance problems, etc). Also, you can solve the delivery & shipment problem by yourself. Timeline – Typically 6 to 8 weeks
INSTALLATION
To solve this problem, you can:

2. Hire a local installation team on your own.

WARRANTY

1. After you filed the warranty claim, the defective parts will at our option either be repaired or replaced and we reserve the right to replace defective parts with parts of equal or greater value.

2. If a warranty claim is filed after the product becomes obsolete or discontinued, BercoHome will replace the affected component with a replacement component of a similar style based on availability at the time of claim.
